Brandon Evans proves that what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas. After his clerkship on the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, Las Vegas division for the Honorable James C. Mahan, Brandon departed the Silver State and joined the Washington, DC office of Fisch Sigler.
At Fisch Sigler, Brandon has participated in multiple trials and authored more than a dozen briefs in support of those trials, including dispositive motions and Daubert motions. And he’s argued those motions in courts across the country. Brandon also works with expert and fact witnesses at trial and deposition, where he focuses on distilling technical concepts into approachable and engaging narratives. Brandon has also contributed to firm appellate briefs and firm IPR filings.
Brandon is a frequent author about intellectual property, most recently publishing in the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law and previously authored and edited articles in the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
While in law school at Vanderbilt, Brandon also served on the moot court board, and participated in the intellectual property association.
As a trained singer and sound technician, Brandon is a performing arts aficionado. Brandon believes that Mamet is our finest living playwright, and that "Mamet speak" will remain an influential part of performing and literary arts for generations to come.
